I deposited Β£5,000 and shortly I decided to retrieve all my funds and close my account and after I received an email stating my agreement was "terminated." Despite this, XTB held my Β£4,999.99 balance while simultaneously blocking my login access. I was left in a position where I could not verify my funds or the status of my withdrawal. A promised callback after initially calling them to complain about this never occurred. I had to escalate to their Compliance department citing FCA CASS rules before the funds were finally returned the following morning
