I was told my payment would be in my account by the week end. This did not happen. When I asked to speak to my account manager I got a 'we'll put you in contact with him shortly' at 09h28. Well I am still waiting for that to happen. I want us to troubleshoot where the payment is stuck, but all I get is soneone I do not know telling me 'Hello Mam We have escalated your request for transaction Details.'. Informative that is not. Why can I not speak to my account manager, and in his abscence his senior account manager ? We should be able to get to the bottom of this issue together, but the account manager is missing in action, and there is no one to talk to. Is this the way to handle a client ? A thousand times 'no!'

I have had a terrible experience with this company. I feel completely misled and manipulated by my account manager, who pushed me into losing trades that were clearly not in my best interest. Furthermore, their bonus policy is deceptive. After meeting all the required conditions, I received an official email from them confirming that I was eligible for a withdrawal. However, shortly after, they sent a contradictory email claiming I had not met the requirements and proceeded to deduct all my earned profits, using the excuse that the 'trading month' had not yet ended. This kind of inconsistency and lack of transparency is unacceptable. They confirm your eligibility one day and revoke it the next just to avoid paying out. I strongly advise everyone to be very cautious and avoid trading with this platform. Extremely disappointed and looking for a resolution
