I recently had a disappointing experience with them. While depositing funds was incredibly easy and straightforward, the real frustration began when I attempted to withdraw my money. The withdrawal process is complicated, riddled with excessive bureaucracy and delays. I was asked to submit multiple documents, many of which were not mentioned upfront during account registration. The lame excuse ""everyone do that"" is unsitisfing. The feeling is that bet on the fact that u will lose your moeny therefore they don't ask all the necessary documentation before.
